What is Arcarae?
Arcarae is an immersive AI journal. Instead of a blank page, you enter a guided space that writes back, surfacing the patterns, connections, and insights across your thoughts, feelings, memories, and beliefs.

Are my conversations private? Who can see my entries?
We do not read your conversations, sell your data, or use your personal reflections to train AI models.
Conversation data is stored separately from identifying information such as your email. This separation helps ensure that reflections cannot easily be linked back to your identity.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your inner world stays yours.

How does the AI work?
Arcarae uses MIRROR, one component of our broader AI architecture. MIRROR gives the system an internal reflective process so it can pause, consider context, and form a more thoughtful reply instead of responding instantly.
We open-sourced MIRROR as part of our research to help advance the field and support other builders working toward more aligned AI.
The result is an AI that reflects with you rather than simply agreeing with you.
What platforms is Arcarae available on?
How long does a session take?
A light check-in can take about five minutes. A deeper exploration often runs fifteen to thirty minutes. There is no pressure to complete a certain amount; Arcarae meets you where you are. ♡
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action permanently removes all your conversations, insights, and personal data from our servers.
If you have trouble accessing this setting, contact us at support@arcarae.com and we will process the deletion manually within 48 hours.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play; Arcarae does not handle billing directly.
iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Arcarae.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Arcarae.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try the following steps first:
1. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Update to the latest version of the app.
4. Restart your device.
