Arcarae uses MIRROR, one component of our broader AI architecture. MIRROR gives the system an internal reflective process so it can pause, consider context, and form a more thoughtful reply instead of responding instantly.

A light check-in can take about five minutes. A deeper exploration often runs fifteen to thirty minutes. There is no pressure to complete a certain amount; Arcarae meets you where you are. ♡
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action permanently removes all your conversations, insights, and personal data from our servers.
If you have trouble accessing this setting, contact us at support@arcarae.com and we will process the deletion manually within 48 hours.
Subscriptions are managed through the Download iOS or Download Android — Arcarae does not handle billing directly.
iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Arcarae.
Android: Open Download Android → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Arcarae.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
Try the following steps first:
1. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Update to the latest version of the app.
4. Restart your device.

We collect only what is needed to run Arcarae: your account details (email and name), your conversations and session data, and basic usage information such as crash reports. Conversation data is stored separately from your account information, so your messages are not directly linked to your identity.
Your data exists solely to enrich your Arcarae experience: generating reflections, growing your personal galaxy, and improving session quality. We never sell your data or use your conversations to train AI models.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited within our team to those who need it. We perform regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for handling data.
You can access, export, or permanently delete your data at any time through the app or by emailing support@arcarae.com. We honor all GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection requests promptly.
Your data stays as long as your account is active. After deletion, all personal information is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We may keep small, anonymized usage data, like crash reports, to help improve the app.
We work only with a limited set of trusted third-party providers for cloud infrastructure and analytics. They are contractually bound to protect your data and never see your conversation content. Identifiable user data is never shared with advertisers.
